I spent most of the last week buried under piles of final writing portfolios and end-of-the-term paperwork, emerging only for the occasional student conference and (admittedly excessive) trips to Starbucks. Thankfully, I made it to the other side... final grades have been posted and students have been sent on their merry (or not-so-merry) way. I am officially on summer break! Wooooo-hoooo! :-)
I'm kicking off my three months of freedom with an awesome giveaway from Gooey on the Inside. Diana introduced me to this amazing cookie butter back in December and I haven't looked back since... there may have even been a small incident at the beginning of the year that involved having to instate a mini-moratorium on a jar of Earl Grey-Maple Pumpkin Spice Gingerbread cookie butter after I spent a day eating it straight out of the jar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ;-)
Gooey on the Inside cookie butters are made of cookies... yes, cookies. Basically, they're jars of delicious mashed up cookies with the consistency of thick peanut butter (but even better than peanut butter!). They're made with 100% pure butter, all-natural chocolates, organic sugar, and farm-fresh whole eggs - they include no artificial flavors and are preservative-free. Oh, did I mention that they're made of COOKIES?! There are so many ways you can eat cookie butter - spread it on toast (Red Velvet + toast = amazeballs!), smear it on fruit, or just shove it in your mouth by the spoonful (my personal favorite). They also come in a variety of fantastic flavors. Seriously, these cookie butters are the best thing ever!
I'm giving away five jars of GOTI cookie butter (1 jar per winner):
Fluffernana
Red Velvet White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Honey-Combed Dark Chocolate Chunk
Sweet Potato Pie
Earl Grey-Maple Pumpkin Spice Gingerbread
Seriously, do yourself a favor and enter this contest... and then head on over to the GOTI website and order yourself another dozen jars of her new flavors because this stuff is straight up heaven in a jar.
They all sound so good! I'll go with the Sweet Potato Pie or
ReplyDeleteEarl Grey-Maple Pumpkin Spice Gingerbread.
So tough to choose! I love anything pumpkin though and my hubby is all about red velvet, so those would be my top 2!
